The new map for DOTA, 6.73b, which fixed some bugs on 6.73, featured four new additional heroes. Xin Ember Spirit, Dragonus, Skywrath Mage, Tresdin, Legion Commander, and my favorite, Rizzrak Goblin Shredder.

So what would be my Rizzrak Goblin Shredder Item Build?

First, we need to know the skills of Rizzrak Goblin Shredder. According to playdota.com, the following are the skills of Rizzrak Goblin Shredder:

Goblin Shredder whirls extremely sharp edges dealing damage and reducing primary attribute of any unfortunate enemy hero who comes in a 300 AOE around him. Deals Pure damage if it cuts down trees in the process. Lowers primary attribute by 15% for 7 seconds.

As you can see, the cooldown of his skills are so small, that you can spam it to your opponents. Also, as you may notice in the third skill, which is a passive skill, his armor increases as he is being attacked physically, which makes him more of a tank.

I am not a professional DOTA player but I guess my item build for Rizzrak The Goblin Shredder is a good one. Here is my Rizzrak Goblin Shredder Item Build:

Empty Bottle & Courier
At first, you need a good source of mana to be able to spam and farm some gold.

Boots -> Arcane Boots
Farming is easy if you have a good mana regen. I immediately go for arcane boots after farming some gold for immediate mana regen.

Perseverance -> Linken Sphere
You will be the tank of your team as you go to clashes, and Linken Sphere is a good item as your opponents may cast spells on you. This would help disable such spells.

Perseverance -> Bloodstone
With the combination of Linken Sphere and Bloodstone, you no longer worry about mana regen and you may use your Chakram anytime you want.

I can still remember when I was a kid going to our school's library just to read the comic book Tin Tin. To be honest, I can't remember any story from those comic books, but I knew that they are always after something.

Also, I am very fond of seeing the drawing of Tin Tin. I know it's not that great compared to Marvel Comics or DC Comics, but I am pretty entertained by it.

Years after, a movie based of the comic books will be released called The Adventures of Tin Tin. It is a CG movie and its graphics is pure awesomeness!

I just followed TechCrunch's and engadget's liveblogging of Apple's iPad 2 Press Event in which Apple showcased the new features of the iPad 2.

First and foremost, the iCon, Steve Jobs was present in the event and he's the one who gave some updates as well as the features of the new iPad.

As an overview, the iPad 2 has the following features:

A5 Chip: First Dual Core Processor for a Tablet to be shipped in volumes.

Thinner than the first iPad and thinner than the iPhone 4.

Lighter than the first iPad

Has a front facing camera as well as a rear camera

It has gyroscope

It comes in white and black color

I don't know if I missed this but there is no retina display for iPad 2?Or it won't be needed due to the screen size of the said tablet. Also, the price is the same as they launch the first iPad. Hopefully, the iPad 2 will be released here in the Philippines as soon as possible or probably the same time with Nintendo 3DS Philippines.

Baby Job Tyrese is a the son of my friend(classmate during elementary and high school days)Thristian John Feliciano. Baby Job has biliary atresia, a condition if not attended immediately, can be fatal to infants. Job Tyrese, our first baby, was born in June 6, 2010 with BILIARY ATRESIA--a fatal, serious and rare liver disease that affects newborn infants (1 out of 15,000).

At six months old, Job Tyrese's liver--and life--is at risk. His disease is caused by his liver not having bile ducts. The bile ducts should help the liver drain out bile to pass it on to the intestines for digesting food. As a result, the bile is trapped inside his body and this will cause liver scarring and loss of liver tissue/Cirrhosis.
While the cause is still unknown, this disease is destroying his liver. Our son is jaundiced or has yellowish eyes and skin, his tummy is noticeably bigger than a normal baby, and his stool/poo is pale-colored. His digestion is poor that’s why he doesn’t gain weight that much.

At a tender age of two months, Baby Job already underwent Kasai procedure (Hepato-portoenterostomy)--a surgical procedure that temporarily provides a passage way of bile out of the liver. Unfortunately, the procedure was a failure. As a consequence his liver will eventually be damaged.

The solution the doctors came up with is through liver transplant. The only curative management for Biliary atresia. Unfortunately, the procedure can only be done in a hospital in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong or USA. More importantly, the operation costs some P3 million to P4 million ($60,000 - $80,000) specifically in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan.

It's a huge amount which our family does not have at this moment.

Myself and Thristian, my husband, are newlyweds and are earning just enough as nurses to support our daily needs and baby Job's medications. This is why we appeal to your kind consideration. Self Weeding Paper for Dark Colored / Black Shirts Philippines

I bought my own heat press machine last, last month, and since then, I haven't used it since.

Why?

Because I find it very difficult to carve those images especially if they are letters and numbers. Because when you don't cut out the one you want to be printed, the whole paper will be printed on the t shirt.

If it is just a square, rectangle, or circle shaped prints, it would be easy to cut out.

Guess how many customers I already got since I bought the heat press machine? Only one. And that would be my office mate RF. Thanks to him, he opened my mind that it is not that easy to mass produce t shirts especially the one with letters and numbers only.

After a few searches in the internet on how to ease my pain, I found out a paper called self weeding paper, or self cutting paper. What the self weeding paper or self cutting paper does is that the one printed is only the one that will be transfered on the t shirt, even though you press the whole paper in the t shirt.

Unfortunately, the self weeding paper is only for light colored shirts only. They haven't produce self weeding paper for black shirts or black garments. Or I haven't searched self weeding paper for black shirts thoroughly?

Maybe it would be the latter, since my officemate Onad told me that there are self weeding paper for dark colored / black shirts now, but the price of the paper would be much higher than the price of an ordinary transfer paper and self weeding paper for light colored t shirts.

Apple's 'Back to the Mac' event

Apple will be having an event called 'Back to the Mac' event. I believe that it is now the time that they again promote their Mac products as recently, almost all of their events are about their iOS devices, namely iPad, iPhone 4, and the iPod lineup including the iPod Touch 4G.

I am looking forward to this event as there are rumors that they will introduce a new Mac OS X version.

iTunes iPhone Unknown Error (0xE8000022) Fix?

I just bought my new computer last month, and recently, I am transferring my files from my office computer to my new computer.

After transferring the necessary files, I now want to transfer my iTunes files to my own iTunes at home. So that I can just input them in my iPhone, and will not have a threat of getting deleted in the office.

But whenever I put the USB connection of my iPhone, well it is only a 3GS, not an iPhone 4, to the USB slot, I always receive this message -> Unknown Error (0xE8000022). Not the exact message though, but you get the idea. Recently, I have experience the Apple White Logo Screen of Death. Now, an Unknown Error (0xE8000022) occurs.

So I've searched for answers regarding this Unknown Error (0xE8000022) via google, and here's what I found.

1. Buy a new USB from Apple. This is not an option for me since I don't want to waste money just for this. It's only worth almost 30 bucks but 30 bucks here in the Philippines is a big money.

2. Restart your iPhone while the USB is connected to the PC. Specifically, what you will do is to connect your iPhone to the Computer. After you have received the Unknown Error (0xE8000022), turn off your iPhone with the USB connection still in place to your computer. After 10 seconds, turn on your iPhone and according to them, the Unknown Error (0xE8000022) will no longer appear. I tried this many times, but did not work for me. However, I read a lot of users that this indeed work for them.

3. Compatibility mode. They say that this issue with Unknown Error (0xE8000022) is common to Windows 7, and must use the compatibility mode of Windows 7. I tried this also but did not work.

So after a few tries with the above 'solutions', I still receive the Unknown Error (0xE8000022). So what I am going to do now? Will I get this error forever?

Guess what? I found a simple way on how to solve this problem. In case you had the same situation with mine, in which you tried the above solution, and still receiving the Unknown Error (0xE8000022), just try this one just in case.

Just simply plug the iPhone's USB connector to the USB slot at the back of your PC. It seems that whenever I plugged the iPhone in my PC in the front USB slots, my PC cannot recognize the iPhone. It can be detected but an error occurs. When I plugged it at the back USB slot of my PC, it worked! FINALLY!

So if you are experiencing this issue just like me, try what I did. There's no harm in trying.

Now I can put back my plans of buying an iPod Touch 4G, and my girlfriend will buy an iPhone 4G.

My First Hand on iPhone 4

In the past few weeks, I am eager to see and touch an iPhone 4. I am tired of seeing it on videos and pics. I want it to be touched and played and explore, and truly see how amazing this product really is.

Luckily, the Globe Business Center on SM Megamall has a mini Apple Store of some sort. You would be able to touch and feel and explore the iPhone 4. I was pretty surprised that no one is using their 2 iPhone 4 models. So I immediately used one of the two iPhones available.

I was stunned just touching the iPhone 4 with my bare hands. And as soon as I pressed the wake button, all I can say is OMG! This is awesome! If I put my iPhone 3GS and this iPhone 4g side by side, my 3GS would be embarrassed.

The retina display is just great to look at, and the speed was very fast. I wonder how it would look like if you watch the Michael Fajatin Video on an iPhone 4? ^_^

If you got the dough, you should buy the iPhone 4G.

I bumped in an article from io9.com mentioning that astronomers discovered a planet which can be conducive to human life. The planet is called Planet Zarmina, or Gliese 581g.

The Planet Zarmina or Gliese 581g was discovered by a team led by Mr Steven Vogt. The planet's official name is Gliese 581g, but Mr. Vogt called it Planet Zarmina, named after his wife.

The months are just passing by, and before we thought, it is already New Year. Well, it's not yet new year, but the start of the -ber months. And what a way to start the -ber months is to watch 2010 UAAP Cheerdance Competition Live.

This is like the All-stars of college basketball, except it is the show wherein cheerleaders are in the spotlight. The crowd is electric whenever this event happens. People from different universities, students or alumni, surely never miss to watch 2010 UAAP Cheerdance Competition.

Of course, I am rooting for my school, the University of Santo Tomas. They didn't have a place last year which is very disappointing for my school, the first time since many years. Hope they can comeback this year to the top 3, if not, win the 2010 Cheerdance Competition.

A few hours ago, a new lineup for iPods were introduced by the CEO of Apple himself, Mr. Steve Jobs.

They introduced the new iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, and the 4th Generation iPod Touch. The iPod Touch 4G boasts the following features:

- Retina display just like iPhone 4.
- HD Video Recording
- Faster processor
- It has the 3 axis Gyro!

The prices of the iPod Touch 4th Generation according to the Apple Store Philippines is as follows:

I am still looking for how many MP does its camera has. According to the Apple Store Philippines, the iPod Touch 4G can record HD Videos and has only VGA quality photos.

I am still thinking if I am going to buy an iPhone 4G since I already have an iPhone 3GS, or I will buy this iPod Touch 4G. Also, I believe that this iPod Touch comes with the latest iOS 4.1. There's no jailbreak iOS 4.0.2 yet and now, they are releasing the 4.1.

Jailbreak iOS 4.0.2 - iPhone 3GS

I have recently experienced the White Apple Logo Screen of Death. It's kinda nerve cracking when you experienced the repeated appearance of the White Apple Logo. But after going to google for help, my iPhone 3GS now works, but I am running now on 4.0.2.

Before, I was running a 3.1.2 version of the iOS and it was a jailbroken iPhone. I lost all the data from restoring my iPhone, including the jailbroken apps.

So now, I am running iOS 4.0.2, and it is not jailbroken. I am still waiting from snowbreeze to have a Jailbreak for iOS 4.0.2. There is already a tool for jailbreaking iOS 4.0.2, but it still available on a Mac. I don't have a Mac, that is why I am still waiting for the windows version of the jailbreak.

Hopefully, the jailbreak will come sooner since my girlfriend is thinking about on buying an iPhone 4G in the Philippines, which I am sure comes in iOS 4.0.2.

White Apple Logo Screen of Death on my iPhone 3GS

Recently, my iPhone 3GS was not able to surf through wifi. It shows the wifi signal in our office but I was not able to surf. What I did was to reset network settings, which I usually do whenever I got problems connecting to the net with my iPhone.

But when I reset the iPhone, it got stuck on the Apple logo. I've google about it and indeed, there were users who experienced such as this one. They even labeled it as the
White Apple Logo Screen of Death.

The White Apple Logo Screen of Death basically means that you are stuck with the white Apple logo at the start of the booting process. After a few seconds, it will turn off then the White Apple Logo will appear again. This process always repeats again and again, maybe that's why they called it the White Apple Logo Screen of Death.

So the solution?

I put my iPhone 3GS on DFU mode(Device Firmware Update ) and restore it. To put your iPhone on these modes, you need to plug your iPhone to the USB of your computer, open your iTunes, and once the White Apple Logo Screen of Death appears, press the sleep/wake button and the home button simultaneously until the White Apple Logo Screen of Death disappears. After it disappears, you release the sleep/wake button and continue pressing the home button until your iTunes recognize the iPhone in recovery mode. You will now be able to restore your phone with the latest iOS through iTunes.

Note: All of your data will be deleted, so I would suggest to regularly back up your iPhone.

I don't know if the iPhone 4 will experience this too, hopefully will not.

I am an Apple fan, and I am a big Steve Jobs fan. I event read a book about him called iCon.

I have lots of favorite quotes from him, but the most that I really liked is where he quoted Picasso saying 'Good Artist Copy, Great Artist Steal'.

To be honest, I don't know that that means, but I have a pretty good idea.

'Copy' means that you imitate something, the original work is still present and you just duplicated it. 'Steal' means you did not create the original work, but you duplicate it, having the inventor of the work have his item missing. And that you credit yourself for doing the work, claiming you invented it.

That's how I understand it, I don't know if that's correct.

iPhone 4G Price in the Philippines

The iPhone 4 is currently a hit in the market right now. My girlfriend wants it, I want it, everybody wants it. We are getting impatient on the availability of iPhone 4G in the Philippines.

Luckily, Globe telecoms already updated their website and they are currently registering people for interest in iPhone 4G. That doesn't mean they are ordering the iPhone, it will only update you with the latest happening on the launch of iPhone 4 officially.

I added the word 'officially' since I have seen the iPhone 4G here in the Philippines. Just take a look at the Cyberzone of SM Megamall. The iPhone 4G were widespread over there. And guess what the iPhone 4G Price would be? A whopping P80,000+! And that's only the base model! They are even proud to tell you that it is already open for all networks!

For a non-geeks, it would be an amazing package. But for me, it does not sound a very good deal. I jailbroken my girlfriend's iPhone 3G using comex's website, and I have a jailbroken iPhone 3GS, and I am almost having an iOS 4 feel on my 3.1.2 firmware.

I also search throughout reputable e-commerce website and the cheapest so far would be on ebuystore, in which they are selling the base model of iPhone 4 for P60,000.

Still, it is a hefty price, since the base model is only $199, if converted to Philippine Peso, would only be below P10,000. If you are going to let your relatives in the US buy for you, it will only cost below P30,000 including the early termination fee which I guess is $375(I am not sure though).

The iPhone 4G Price in the Philippines is still a mystery to us, and I will update this post as soon as Globe released its official price.

I never played Plants vs Zombies yet, but my girlfriend is currently playing it and somehow addicted to it. She will kill me if she knew I wrote here that she is addicted to Plants vs Zombies.

Anyway, she got the iPhone version, as well as the PC version. She playing the PC Version more because it drains her battery when she played it on the iPhone.

Last night, she encountered a stage that seem to be difficult to finish, so she asked me to search for some Plants vs Zombies Cheats, and here what I found:

The 'tohot' Plants vs Zombies Unlimited Sun cheat does not work, or does not work in our version. She tried it many times but nothing happens.

Have you seen the rumored iPhone 4G? The pictures was posted by a website called Gizmodo and they said that it could be possibly the next iPhone 4G.

I will describe what it looked like. The so called iPhone 4G has a camera up front as well as the back. It was like a box type cellphone instead of the usual curvature on the back of the iPhone 3GS.

Apple did sent a letter to Gizmodo for the retrieval of the said iPhone. I don't know if this was intended to hype up the iPhone 4G or it is really an accident that it was lost from the hand of an Apple employee.

Hopefully, we can get some iPhone 4G here in the Philippines.

UPDATE: This is how iPhone 4G looked like:

The iPhone 4G also comes in white color. I own an iPhone 3GS, but the specs of this new iPhone trashed the 3GS version. I hope that this iPhone 4G will be available here in the Philippines as soon as possible.

Do you know that there is an easy way on how to download youtube videos on Linux? I may see easy because you don't need any software to save youtube videos. It works not only on youtube but on any embedded videos(flash) I guess because I've tried it using in sites aside from youtube and it is still effective.

Here's how you download youtube videos on Linux. I am using Linux Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala by the way.

As you may notice that the thread was created last 2007 and up to now, it is still effective. If you have a crush on youtube and you want to view his or her video even when you are offline, just do this and you can play it over and over again on your media player.

I've just started playing Cafe World on Facebook. I am just kinda curious about this game because a lot of my friends are playing Cafe World. How do I know? Of course they publish it on their wall! That is why I was encourage to play this game also.

Cafe World looks the same as Restaurant City. The difference is that Cafe World has this menu in which you will choose what food to cook. Unlike in Restaurant City, you can get ingredients for your menu.

I've been reading some Cafe World Tips or Tricks, and I found out that in order to close your Cafe, you need to remove your door. Unlike in Restaurant City, you'll just put something in front of the door so that your customers would not be able to log in.

I learned that there is a Dragonball Movie few months back and at that time, I was ecstatic. I immediately searched in over the net to see some pics or movie trailers, but to no avail. I've seen trailers but they were aonly fake Dragonball Live Action Movie Trailers.

After seeing the trailer, honestly, I can say that this is a good movie. But if I will compare it to the anime Dragonball, I was disappointed. Master Roshi I guess is serious in this movie, which he is not. He is more of 'liking girls'. Gokou is very young in this movie, and Piccolo looks like a monster here. This is a good movie but for a dragonball movie, I give it a 6/10.

Firefox 3 Not Responding(Vista) Problem?

Since I downloaded and started using Firefox, my surfing of the internet is very smooth. Not until I downloaded Firefox 3.

Firefox 3 usually hang up on my Vista after using it for a long time, comparing to my ie, which doesn't have any problem like this one. Firefox hanged up maybe 5-10 minutes before you can use it again.

I do not know what if the problem is with Firefox, because whenever I am online, I do not do that much. I mean I just surf the net and that's all.

I tried searching the internet if there is someone out there having the same problem. And yes there is and a lot of them too. Firefox 3 is getting problems with Windows Vista?I do not know if I would conclude that FF3 really has problem with Vista.

Anyone experiencing the same problem with Firefox 3 not responding on Windows Vista? Please leave a comment.

Another short cut message that I learn just seconds ago is TTYN. Accoring to urban dictionary, ttyn means:
